Development of Anodized Printing Technologies / Aluminium Labels and Panels Production
About the Company
WorkPress Corporation was set up in 2005 after a former offset printing house was transformed. Since 2010, the company has been focusing on the development and improvement of printing technologies, and producing various signs for Airbus aircraft. Many major international airlines using these advanced technologies rank among our customers, e.g. Lufthansa, Turkish Airlines, Air Asia and many others. The main focus of our manufacturing programme is the production of aluminium alloy labels and panels whose printing layer is literally under the surface of the material used, which gives the final product an outstanding mechanical and chemical resistance to common chemical agents. The products of WorkPress can be found all around the world and they always meet the highest possible quality.

For manufacturing, we use only proven materials of high quality which are provided with slots and shapes by means of laser or water beam dissection or cutting out. Each part is individually controlled during the check-out, which guarantees 100% quality results.
Labels and control panels are made of a special low-weight aluminium alloy supplied by a Swiss company. A specific surface finishing of this material enables printing directly into its "open pores" which, during the final stage of finishing, creates an utmost chemical and mechanical resistance.
For printing itself, we use CPT Inject Print (a field of digital printing with no need of using a print form) which allows producing smaller series without exacting preparation in comparison with the outdated technique of screen printing.
To ensure complete satisfaction of our customers we always do our best to adjust each product to their personal needs not only by cost effectiveness optimization achieved thanks to easier installation or reduction of idle time during the manufacturing, but also by final serviceability and design improvement.
One of the examples is the installation of protective film with holes onto the products which provides protection against damage throughout the whole process of assemblage (and can be removed just before using).

The control panels of the company WorkPress are the result of the development of the most advanced ELOX Inject Printing technology which satisfies all aircraft industry attestations and are used in every Airbus aircraft made since 2010.
